Getting started is easy-peasy – just fill out the Custom Embroidery Request form above, or reach out via my “Contact” page with a brief description of what you’re envisioning. Once I review your request, I’ll follow up to confirm details, pricing, and timeline before anything moves into production.

Custom pieces are typically completed within 4–8 weeks from the time your order is approved (I will always strive for earlier, if possible).

This timeline allows for thoughtful design, careful digitizing, testing, and embroidery. More intricate designs or larger orders may take a bit longer — if that’s the case, I’ll always communicate timelines clearly upfront.

To bring your custom piece to life, I’ll need:

• A clear description of your idea or vision
• Any reference images, sketches, or inspiration (if you have them)
• Text, names, or dates (if applicable)
• Product preferences (garment type, size, color, placement, etc.)

Don’t worry if you don’t have everything figured out — part of the process is collaborating to refine the details together. 

Custom pricing varies based on design complexity, stitch count, garment type, and time involved.

Because every piece is made to order, pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis after your request is reviewed. Once details are finalized, you’ll receive a clear quote before moving forward — no surprises.
