How do I get started with my custom request?

Getting started is easy-peasy – just fill out the Custom Embroidery Request form above, or reach out via my “Contact” page with a brief description of what you’re envisioning. Once I review your request, I’ll follow up to confirm details, pricing, and timeline before anything moves into production.

How long does it take to have the final product?

Custom pieces are typically completed within 4–8 weeks from the time your order is approved (I will always strive for earlier, if possible).

This timeline allows for thoughtful design, careful digitizing, testing, and embroidery. More intricate designs or larger orders may take a bit longer — if that’s the case, I’ll always communicate timelines clearly upfront.

What do you need from me?

To bring your custom piece to life, I’ll need:

  • A clear description of your idea or vision
  • Any reference images, sketches, or inspiration (if you have them)
  • Text, names, or dates (if applicable)
  • Product preferences (garment type, size, color, placement, etc.)
